The Freedom Day Meal

14 April 2015

On 27 April 1994 we got the right to vote. This Freedom Day we’re celebrating our right to vote by letting all South Africans have their say about something dear to our taste buds…our chicken! This year we are introducing the Freedom Day Meal and you get to use your right to vote for which meal will be just R19.94 for one day only, 27 April 2015. Choose between a quarter chicken and regular chips or a chicken burger and regular chips. Democracy has never tasted this good! To cast your vote visit us on Facebook or Twitter and use #VoteChicken or #VoteBurger. Polls close on 21 April 2015 so don’t forget to cast your vote, it could be the decider!

Exercise your right to freedom today!

Nando’s spreads the love on Mandela Day

18 July 2014

The delicious PERi-PERi chicken that Nando’s creates is an external manifestation of the values that we stand for: pride, passion, courage, family and integrity. It is no coincidence that these are also the values so often associated with South Africa’s greatest icon and father, Nelson Mandela, who has inspired Nando’s work ethic since its inception.
