Light up the dinner table with a dish that will blow more than just your mind. Exploding with fiery flavour, your tastebuds will want more!

Firecracker Meatballs


  • 350g chicken/beef mince
  • 1 cup of fresh breadcrumbs (50g)
  • 20g (1/2 tbsp) Hot Peri-Peri Flavour shaker
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • Small handful of chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsps. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • ½ fresh lime
Firecracker Meatballs

Cooking Instructions


Mix together all the ingredients, then use an ice cream scoop to form them into meatballs.


Preheat a frying pan with the oil over a medium to high heat.


Cook meatballs, turning often, for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.


Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the meatballs in the pan then bring to the boil and reduce the sauce to a glaze.


Remove from pan and serve.
