PERi-PERi Garlicy Pan Fried Prawns


  • 200g King prawns (peeled, with tails left on)
  • 5g (1 tsp) Garlic & Herb Flavour Shaker seasoning
  • 25g Cold diced butter
  • 1 tbsps. Olive oil
  • 20g Rocket
  • 2 Crusty bread rolls (buttered)
PERi-PERi Garlicy Pan Fried Prawns

Cooking Instructions


Cut down the backs of the prawns and remove the dark thread.


Put the prawns in a bowl and add the garlic and herb flavour shaker and a drizzle of oil.


Preheat a frying pan to high heat.


Add prawns to the medium to hot pan cook for 2 minutes, then add the butter.


Cook for another minute or until the prawns have turn pink and are no longer grey.


Remove from the pan and serve with rocket in a crusty bread roll.
