The Nando's Hunger Drive Gets On The Road
Last week we announced that we would be opening a small number of restaurants to cook meals for communities where food is hard to come by. Together with our distribution partner Joint Aid Management (JAM) and Pioneer Foods, who provide the bottled water, today marks the first day of this awesome initiative.
So, starting in Gauteng today (7 May), we kept the fire alive by preparing and distributing meals for communities in need.
But this is only the beginning. We have more bellies to fill and mouths to please, and we’re doing it nationwide. While you’re performing the endless scroll on your newsfeeds, keep an eye out for us on social media and see where we’ll be headed next.
We’d like to thank our partners at JAM and Pioneer Foods for making this all possible. We also want to thank our frenemies at KFC and McDonalds for putting the solid in solidarity as they distributed food to other communities across the country.
