Dominique Williams's "Be Within Cuddles" Almond Hot Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients
- 30 ml Hot PERi-PERi Sauce
- 900 g Dark Chocolate (6 slabs of 150g)
- 300 g Butter (200g for mixture and 100g for creaming)
- 60 g Brown Sugar
- 4 units Large Eggs
- 120 g Cake Flour
- 30 g Flaked Almonds
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 15 ml Baking Powder
- 150 g Cocoa Powder
- Additional 50g flaked almonds for garnish
To Serve
- Serve with vanilla ice cream, raspberries and lightly drizle with Nando's PERi-PERi Hot sauce.
