Kevin Ferreira's "Sorry Not Sorry" Bean Salad

We got used to our extended staycation, then dukuduku load shedding. Trust Eskom to steal the spotlight. Chakala or potato? Here's a load shedding recipe that keeps your inner light burning

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Mild PERi-PERi Sauce
  • 60 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 45 ml Olive oil
  • 1 units Can mixed beans
  • 1 units Chickpeas

To Serve

  • Serve as a cold side salad with your braai

Cooking instructions

    Mix the mild sauce, balsamic and olive oil together.

    Drain the liquid from the can of beans and chickpeas and add the sauce.
