Lwazi Makhekhe's 7 Colours PERi-PERi chicken and creamy spinach

Ingredients
- 120 ml Lemon and Herb PERi-PERi Sauce
- 2kg chicken
- 4 tablespoons oilve oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon shisanyama spice
- 5 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 small chillies
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
To Serve
- Once you notice the chicken is well cooked you add the half tablespoon of ground rosemary to add taste and flavour.
