Ingredients

  • 50 ml Lemon and Herb PERi-PERi Sauce
  • 15 ml Oil
  • 100 g Chicken breasts
  • 1 g Onion
  • 3 g Robot pepper
  • 20 g Chicken spice
  • 1 g Garlic & herb stock
  • 100 g Panini
  • 3 g Salt
  • 5 g Sweet basil

To serve

Stir and set aside, while you cut your panini in half to stuff in your lemon and herb strips and garnish with theh sweet basil.

Cooking Instructions

Wash your hands, prep your mise en place (have everything together like knives boards and ingredients). Brunoise (dice) the peppers and onion and cut the chicken into strips. Set aside.

Warm up a pan and add oil.

Add your brunoise (diced) mixture of onion and peppers.

Fry until golden brown.

Add salt for marvellous flavour.

Then add your block of garlic and herb stock.

Add chicken spice and stir to add flavour.

Add your chicken strips and stir until it's a bit browned, then drizzle your Lemon and Herb Nando's sauce over the mixture.
