Cooking Instructions

1

1. Cut up your mango into dices. I prefer to buy pre-peeled and cut pieces so that I just do the dicing.

2

2. Peel the red onion and dice.

3

3. Dice your red and green bell peppers.

4

4. Put all of the diced ingredients into a clear bowl. The colours are vibrant, so I prefer to use a clear dish so one can taste with their eyes too.

5

5. Rinse the coriander leaves then chop up and add to the bowl.

6

6. Cut the limes into half and squeeze as much as you can into the bowl. PRO TIP: Before cutting the limes, soften them by rolling them with the base of your foot.

7

Add the Nando's PERi-PERi sauce and mix all the ingredients together. Add a bit more lime to finish!

This sauce is as gentle as we get: lively spice without blow-you-away burn. When life gives you Lemon & Herb, get pouring this blend of PERi-PERi (African Bird’s Eye Chilli), herbs and zesty lemon.
