Preheat oven to 200 °C. Wash wings and rub with the salt and pepper. Crush garlic mix with oil and lemon juice and add to the wings. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Place in an oven proof dish, pour Nando's sauce over wings and cover. Bake for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and finish on the braai or electric grill for a further 5 minutes on each side, brushing the wings with leftover marinade from the oven proof dish.
Can be served with chips sprinkled with nandos spice
